FWR Professionals is employee-owned and based in Rochester, New York. The company was founded by former insurance industry professionals whose experience in the modern claims world compelled them to design an emergent services business model that works for policyholders rather than insurance companies.

FWR's founders reasoned that working for both the homeowner and their insurance company is an obvious conflict of interest that anyone could understand. Despite these long-standing and continued practices in the insurance industry, FWR knows that it is an impossible task to serve the property owner’s interests on one-hand, while remaining perpetually beholden to the insurance company on the other. For these reasons, FWR does not work for, or have “preferred contractor” relationships with any insurance company.
