Sanitizing is the act of disinfecting, purifying or making sterile any physical location and/or the contents therein. This specialized work is historically performed in surgical theaters, hospitals and medical offices. However, this important work is also performed in homes and businesses after flood damage or overflow of sewers. Today, a growing component of our work is treating spaces that may have been exposed to common cold, influenza, SARS, MRSA, MERS CoV, Hepatitis, HIV and other viruses’ including SARS-CoV-2 (CoVID19).

This work is performed in two ways:
1. prophylactically in preparation for quarantine, confinement;
2. post contamination in response to a suspected or known contaminant.
