If you are intending to purchase or develop a property, count on FWR Professionals to perform the necessary due diligence and identify any potential shortcomings in the subject property. We'll apply our years of experience in evaluating building integrity to address any potential issues that might require repair, replacement or reinforcement in relation to your proposed purchase and/or development work. Although unexpected issues do occasionally arise after closing, those issues are very often the difference between investor profitability and unwittingly trading away your time and money.
On those occasions where a structural point-of-interest is hidden or obscured from view, merely listing that feature in a report as “unable to inspect”, is useless at best and, at worst, constitutes a future liability for a buyer. It is our job to solicit from the building owner, permission to access the point-of-interest and where we are denied, to then employ our forensic and engineering skills to identify a range of possible structural and economic outcomes for inclusion in our reporting.
We don’t pay referral fees and we don’t work for, or have relationships with, brokers or real estate sales people - we are therefore, not beholden to them for our work.
