Our IICRC / ANSI certified technicians utilize the latest in skills and technologies to stop, then mitigate further loss and damage to stricken properties. We perform temporary and/or permanent repairs to get you back in to business as soon as possible. We additionally provide damage-specific engineering and consulting services under separate cover.

All of our services, and their associated costs, are compliant with the insuring agreements of all first-party property insurance contracts written under New York Certificates of Authority. Further, we utilize R.S. Means, Marshall Swift, Xactware labor and materials cost reporting systems under our Emergent Services Agreement and/or AIA contract documents.

As a component of our consulting business, we work actively with risk managers while providing third-party claim documentation in compliance with policy language. This detailed documentation permits building owners / managers to quickly submit comprehensive and conclusive scopes of work while expediting repairs in a seamless claim settlement process.
